Bhramha is a god, in India we believe that Bhramha is the creator of the
world and all the being in the world. Phala means fruits and Churnam
means powder.

In order to prepare this Bhramha Phala Churnam you need to
gather/collect below things

1. Marri Chettu Pandlu 100grms
2. Athimaduram 100grms
3. Kandha Chekkara 100grms

Procedure

1. Dry Marri Pandlu under sun
2. Powder dried Marri Pandlu
3. Powder the Athimadhuram
4. Powder the Kandha Chekkara
5. Mix all the above powder well and store it in a glass bowel


Usage
1. Daily chew 1 spoon directly or mix one spoon of powder in a glass of
water
